What we can offer you

When combined with the Premium Package, our wide variety of options allows complete customization to suite your specific needs.

Additional Options:

• Interior Finishing (only available for basements with finished walls): Our interior finish package includes the supply and installation of cabinet grade white melamine jamb extensions and primed white window casing.
• Support Header: Used to maintain structural support above a new or enlarged window. We install interior wood headers wherever floor joists run perpendicular to the window.
• Custom Windows: We are able to custom order windows to fit the unique needs of your space. Whether it’s a different size, a different opening style, a painted frame, or privacy glass our custom window options have you covered!
• Drain Package: The drain package involves trenching to the base of the foundation (or the footing) and connecting the window well to an existing weeping tile system.
• Additional Cutting: Our additional cutting options include removal of sidewalks or poured pads, to allow space for the window well.
• Permit Applications: Our permit package includes the completion of professional drawings (site plan and elevation drawings as needed), permit administration and city fees.
• No Overcuts: A cutting technique that prevents potential damage to exterior finishing (stucco, siding etc) during the cutting process.
• Smart Boart Finishing (available on Premium Package only): Upgrade your exterior finishing in the Premium Package. Smart Board trim replaces the standard parging, for a cleaner, more elegant exterior look.
